• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/4 tsp saffron strands
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Ingredients
• 400 ml orange juice
• 900g sugar
• 400 ml water
• 10 drops orange emulsion
• 2 tsp citric acid
• 1/2g potassium meta bi sulphate
• 1g sodium benzoate
