Breakfast Shake with yogurt III
Serves 1
Ingredients
• 2 fresh nectarines, cubed
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp honey
• 3 ice cubes, cracked
Method
1. Blend all the ingredients together except buttermilk.
2. Now add buttermilk and blend one more time for a few seconds.
3. Serve chilled.
Breakfast Shake with Yogurt IV
Serves 2
Ingredients
• 1 cup orange or tangerine juice
• 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1 tsp honey
• fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Method
1. Blend orange or tangerine juice, pineapple juice, and honey in a blender together.
2. Now add yogurt and crushed ice and blend.
3. Serve chilled.

Serves 2
Ingredients
• 2 cups basket strawberries, stemmed
• 2 medium bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
• 3 cups ice cubes, divided
• 1/2 cup nonfat strawberry or plain yougurt
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 2 tbsp honey
Method
1. Place all ingredients except 1 1/2 cups of the ice cubes in a blender.
